Despina Andreou (a.k.a. Desna), is a Cypriot singer - songwriter. She is a pop, rock and soul artist, who enjoys exploring other genres of music.
 

Music has always been a central part of Desna's life. Her journey began when she started competing in local competitions in Cyprus at a very young age, showcasing her exceptional vocal abilities and talent. At the age of 12, she achieved a third place in a Cypriot television contest “DanSing Junior 2”. She started taking vocal and piano lessons at the age of 8. She was an active member in multiple choirs and has performed in many stages throughout the years.

Desna is currently based in Cambridge, UK, where she is pursuing her MA in Brand Management, while attending the Songwriting and Music Production online courses at Veramand Academy. She currently holds a BA (Hons) in Music Performance from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK. She is currently performing in live gigs and venues in Cambridge, where she studies, as well as in Cyprus.
